Blum manufactures flap, hinge, pull-out and pocket systems for furniture, which are supplied to over 120 markets. For over a year now, we have had our own group that takes care of in-house consulting for Blum. We are looking for reinforcement for this group.

YOU

work on strategic and cross-functional topics, establishing connections between different business areas and projects
coordinate and guide projects in the role of project management, effectively applying project management methods
actively support the personal development of our junior in-house consultants
moderate confidently, helping teams arrive at shared, viable solutions. You act as a bridge between various stakeholders
have an interest in organizational questions with a high degree of novelty and potential for change
enjoy bringing employees from different areas together, contributing your own ideas, and facilitating appropriate decisions

WE

seek a motivated individual who enjoys providing independent consulting services for our entire company. You bring experience in advising companies with a focus on “bringing in other perspectives and expertise”
support our company in launching and successfully implementing new organizational topics. In this role, you can expect minimal routine work and partially undefined tasks or project assignments
collaborate within networks of internal and external partners, where your strong communication skills come in handy
as a consulting team, we continue to develop together and mutually benefit from our collective experiences

Remuneration
