FAQs: Worth knowing before applying
If you live too far away, we can also get to know each other at an initial meeting online. If the outcome is favourable, we'd then like to meet you in person at our premises.
Yes, there is the option of working from home. It is always agreed individually with each manager whether this is suitable for you and your role, and if so, to what extent. This unfortunately doesn't apply to working in Production.
Your onboarding takes place in Vorarlberg. This way you at least get to know your team in person. Things always have to be agreed at Head Office, depending on the role and the extent of your duties. Otherwise you can work from our Vienna remote office.
Blum employs several hundred staff who live over the border in Germany. They have formed their own community, who exchange information with each other, and the payroll accounting team is also on hand to help with any legal issues, so you're not on your own :)
FAQs: Online application
Yes! We'd be delighted to receive your application as long as the position has been posted.
You're welcome to apply for more than one position if you think you have the right profile. Don't worry – this won't result in any disadvantages for you!
We generally have a good overview of our available positions, so we also talk to other people at the company about applications we think would be suitable for different positions here.
You're welcome to apply as soon as our holiday jobs and other temporary positions go online. You can find further details on the available jobs on the page School and university students.
If you are interested in a topic, you're welcome to apply for it direct. We however generally also have topics that then prove to be suitable in the course of the application process. For this reason it's always a good idea to submit a speculative application.
Click on "Apply now" under the job posting. You can then enter your personal data and upload your documents. You can find further details on the page Application process.
You can select "Forgot password?" further down on the same page. You'll then get a message with login details to the email address you specified.
In most cases you've either entered your email address or your password incorrectly. Click on "Forgot password?" to get new login details sent to you. If this still doesn't work, there are two options: you can either call your recruiter – they'll be glad to help, or you can try a different, valid email address.
As soon as you've entered your contact details in the recruitment process, you'll get an email from Onlyfy containing a link to the Candidate Centre (check your Spam/Junk email folder just in case!). You can edit your details and documents here or apply for additional positions.
You can find the link to it in your application email confirmation. You can, however, also log in directly with this link:
You don't necessarily have to send in a cover letter. The important thing is to clearly describe yourself and the previous stages of your life in your CV. If there are still any questions from our side, we will contact you.
FAQs: Confirmation of receipt
As soon as you've successfully uploaded your data, you'll see confirmation in green that we've received your documents. You'll also receive confirmation to the email address you specified.
The recruiter responsible will check whether all the necessary information and documents are included and will release your applicant profile for the relevant manager. There will either be a preliminary discussion or we'll check whether your skills and background are suitable for another position. The recruiter will then contact you again.
