Remuneration
Hard work deserves a fair wage, which is why we offer attractive salaries under the collective agreement, top-up payments in the form of a 13th and 14th month salary, paid overtime and a discretionary bonus.

Health and wellbeing
You can book appointments with our company physicians, and we also have a dedicated service department for non-medical matters where you can seek help for both professional and personal issues.
Holiday
We work a few extra minutes a day throughout the year to cover the Christmas holiday, allowing you to save your holiday allocation for other occasions. In the summer we all have the same time off during the vacation shutdown. Apart from this, we're quite flexible about how you use your holiday entitlement.
