The family-owned company Blum manufactures flap, hinge, pull-out, and pocket systems that are installed in furniture worldwide. Did you know that in the “Mechatronics” department, we develop and implement mechatronic products? We still need your support for our innovative new products aimed at electrifying furniture!

YOU

  • conceptualize, develop, and implement solutions for furniture electrification

  • perform tolerance analyses, define test specifications such as bending radii and movement cycles, validate development results, and qualify cables and cable management systems

  • are responsible for compliance with standards, conducting associated measurements, and subsequent documentation

  • clarify technical requirements both internally and with external partners, translating them into professional solutions

WE

  • seek an open-minded individual to explore a new and exciting product field with us

  • value strong expertise – you have completed an electrical engineering apprenticeship, technical college (HTL), or university of applied sciences (FH) successfully, and you already have experience in cable processing, manufacturing, and/or assembly

  • are looking for a team member who enjoys working creatively and enthusiastically on projects and takes pleasure in developing concepts and product solutions

  • operate globally – this provides you with an exciting exposure to country-specific product requirements due to varying operating conditions
