Blum fertigt Klappen-, Scharnier-, Auszugs- und Pocketsysteme für Möbel und beliefert mehr als 120 Märkte weltweit. Die Abteilung Finanzbuchhaltung und Betriebsabrechnung ist das finanzielle Herzstück von Blum. In der Rolle als Abteilungsleiterin bzw. Abteilungsleiter führst du ein Team von rund 25 Mitarbeitenden und trägst die Verantwortung für die termingerechte Erstellung der Abschlüsse sowie die Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse. Du wirkst aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in deiner Abteilung mit. Wir ermutigen zu kritischem Mitdenken und Hinterfragen, verbunden mit einem partnerschaftlichen Führungsstil.

DU

  • verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen und bringst fundierte Führungserfahrung mit, um dein Team effizient und motivierend zu leiten

  • verantwortest die Finanz- und Ergebnisplanung, die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und bist Ansprechpartner für bilanzielle sowie steuerrechtliche Fragestellungen

  • entwickelst die Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden deiner Abteilung kontinuierlich weiter

  • verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • suchen eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit starker Kommunikationskompetenz

  • erwarten eine aktive Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung der Finanz- und Controllingprozesse in SAP

  • schätzen deinen offenen Umgang mit externen Partnern und bieten dir die Möglichkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld eigenverantwortlich zu agieren
