DU
berätst und unterstützt die internen Fachabteilungen bei juristischen Fragestellungen
erstellst, prüfst und verwaltest Verträge, verfasst rechtliche Stellungnahmen und klärst Rechtsfragen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
führst selbständig interne Schulungen zu ausgewählten Rechtsthemen durch und erstellst interne Richtlinien und Checklisten
bist hauptverantwortlich für die Überwachung und Umsetzung EU-rechtlicher Vorgaben
WIR
suchen einen (Wirtschafts-)Juristen oder eine (Wirtschafts-)Juristin mit abgeschlossenem Universitätsstudium und idealerweise einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei
setzen ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen und internationalen Sachverhalten, hohe Eigeninitiative und selbständiges Arbeiten voraus
suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die strukturiertes, vernetztes Denken, sicheres Auftreten und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mitbringt
erwarten verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch - weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
