Blum fertigt Klappen-, Scharnier-, Auszugs- und Pocketsysteme für Möbel und beliefert mehr als 120 Märkte weltweit. In dieser leitenden Position trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Finanzen und Controlling im Blum-Kerngeschäft Möbelbeschläge. Mit einem Team von rund 40 Mitarbeitenden in zwei Abteilungen betreibst du unser finanzielles Steuerungsmodell und entwickelst es weiter. Dein Beitrag sichert die finanzielle Transparenz und Stabilität unseres Unternehmens.
DU
verfügst über langjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Controlling-Bereich, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld, sowie ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium und bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit
sicherst die termingerechte Planung und Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und verantwortest aussagekräftige betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen für die Unternehmensgruppe
entwickelst die Finanz- und Controlling-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter und optimierst diese in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Partnern
zeichnest dich durch verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift aus
