Blum is a family business based in Austria that produces lift systems, hinges, drawer runners and pocket systems for furniture. Blum fittings are supplied to over 120 markets all over the world. Our sales staff supervises these subsidiaries and acts as the point of contact for our customers.
YOU WILL
Be the point of contact for our customers and handle orders from receipt to delivery, including date monitoring
Represent our customers' concerns internally and thus act as the link between the customers and our specialist departments
Be the first point of contact for our external sales staff
Assist in preparing customer visits and maintain their master data
Handle incoming complaints (shipping and transportation) professionally
WE
Are seeking a motivated personality with a bachelor’s degree or technical background
Constantly engage with customers – therefore, excellent language skills in Greek and English are important to us
Work with SAP – practical user knowledge is therefore an advantage
Seek a reliable team member who is motivated, proactive, and works carefully
