Acting in close cooperation with our in-house Business Development team, the Products & Services department has sophisticated products and needs-oriented services to provide the right "tools" to support our customers in the best possible way.

Identifying market trends and catering for customer needs with products and services – this is how Product Management sets a strategic course for growth.

Communication
The Communication department covers everything needed for targeted communications – we use PR and publicity work, content production, media design, social media, online marketing, trade fairs and showrooms to reach our target groups through focused campaign management.

At Blum we have the opportunity to try out digital innovations, take part in continuing education via events and get involved in international networks.

Marketing Technology
Our Marketing Technology department focuses on the development, management and marketing of our digital services, such as our E-SERVICES, e-commerce activities, apps and various technical tools to support our sales & marketing processes.
