übernimmst Verantwortung und bist Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Schnittstellenpartner bei fachlichen und organisatorischen Anliegen
verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der faserbasierten Verpackungen und gestaltest sowie entwickelst die Gruppenstrategie mit deinem strategischen Denken weiter
koordinierst die Planung und Priorisierung von Kapazitäten, Aufträgen und Projekten
erkennst die Stärken und Potenziale deiner Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und förderst deren fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung
WIR
legen Wert auf eine solide technische Ausbildung, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie hohe Fach-, Sozial- und Methodenkompetenz
arbeiten in Projekten und Projektteams und setzen Erfahrung als Projektleiter sowie Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden voraus
